| \n \u00a0<\/strong>The National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) issued Resolution No. 583\/2025, published in the Official Gazette on December 11, 2025, introducing significant changes to the trademark registration procedure in Argentina.<\/span><\/p>\n As of that date, the examination of new trademark applications is limited exclusively to absolute grounds for refusal<\/strong> and issues related to public order<\/strong>.
